The LEUCOREA foundation will process personal data of its clients only to the extent as it is necessary for the purposes of operating the relationship between the LEUCOREA and the client, and within the statutory purposes of the LEUCOREA. The legal basis of the processing is Article\u00a06 paragraph\u00a0(1) point\u00a0(e) GDPR. In addition, the legal basis of processing data for operating the relationship between the LEUCOREA and the client and of processing data gathered via the contact form<\/a> is Article\u00a06 paragraph\u00a0(1) point\u00a0(b) GDPR.<\/p>\n

Data will be stored for the duration of the relationship between the LEUCOREA foundation and the client, afterwards as long as required by legal obligations (Article\u00a06 paragraph\u00a0(1) point\u00a0(c) GDPR).<\/p>\n

Every client has the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data relating to him, or to request restriction of contestable processing or to object to contestable processing.<\/p>\n

Every client who considers that the processing of personal data relating to him infringes the GDPR has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.<\/p>\n
